It is a dynamic time we are living in. In this era, where artificial intelligence is redefining the boundaries of what is possible, #LifelongLearning remains the key to success, as humans remain the driving force. This continuous learning process is not only a contemporary concept but a firmly anchored principle at baseVISION that has significantly shaped our company’s success and innovative strength. To optimally provide our customers with innovative services in the area of modern and secure workplaces, it is crucial that our employees understand the complexity of the latest technologies.

Furthermore, individual development is also a motivation for our employees. In the baseVISION Academy, individual learning goals are set annually for each employee. We place great emphasis on self-motivation in goal setting. Our employees can determine for themselves which professional goals they want to pursue in the future and in which technologies they wish to specialize. We are convinced that only through intrinsic motivation can goals be achieved and employee satisfaction ensured.
But what does that mean concretely? Our learning culture is best expressed in numbers:
- In 2023, approximately 3,800 working hours were invested in learning activities
- A total of 73 Microsoft certifications were successfully completed
